TY REQUEST RE-OPEN + Finished sketches on 25th

Re-opening TY today! This just means TY and TY+ requests can start being turned in again, with the deadline of the end of the month.(Normally I post the latest batch of TY art and THEN re-open requests but last month I announced I’m releasing them later, around the 25th instead of the 10th)
