Concept:

The nude sketch scene from “Titanic.” From Jack's perspective, we see Rose on the couch nude, with the necklace glowing and making her grow into a tall fertility goddess (boobs 12, ass 10), barely fitting on the couch. She has super thick legs, plump arms, chubby belly, big lips, and puffy pussy.*
