Kasugatani Inca from Fire Force!!!!! With the new season starting right now, I hope none of us forgot the best girl the anime gave us! Although I do agree she really is a little crazy in the head, in the end of the day, it just adds to the charm and to the thrill of it.. Although I think sometimes she takes too much and more than she herself can handle >_>
