WIP! (jalter in chinese dress)

I'm still struggling with art block, sorry guys ;_;

I think it has a lot to do with my current situation (a lot has gone wrong in the past couple months) and the weather (I can't go outside to ride bike so I'm really sad :( )

But I'm trying my best to get it over with, thank you guys so much for sticking by, and all the cheering comments!! <3
