This is Rokka Asahi, aka Lock, from BanG Dream!.

As part of the public bathhouse's Customer Appreciation Week project, Lock is a service that washes customers' backs.

I have given form to an impossible but nice thing to have!

Incidentally, the last panel shows a situation where the shampoo was empty and the customer asked Lock for a replacement shampoo.
